• 公益時段：每日上午08:00-10:00、平日下午02:00-04:00，開放65歲 (原住民55歲) 以上長者及低收入戶市民，憑證可免費使用設施 (國定假日、例假日及寒暑假下午時段未開放)
• 凡購買學生、銀髮族及新北市退休公教人員、12歲以下兒童或新北市志工義警消之優惠票種者，需出示有效證明文件。
• 為保障兒童安全，未滿12歲兒童(位)需由家長(位)陪同入場。※未滿12歲兒童不得使用SPA水療池、冷熱水池、烤箱及蒸氣室
1. 請愛惜使用本場地設備，並遵守各項使用須知。
Please follow all the rules while using the venue facilities in respect of the rights of all users.
2. 患有傅染性疾病、心臟病、糖尿病、高血壓、癲癇症、意識不清或有皮膚病 (潰爛、傷口) 等疾病者禁止入池游泳。
People with infectious diseases, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, epilepsy, unconsciousness, or skin diseases (ulcers, wounds) are prohibited from swimming in the pool.
3. 患有惡性腫瘤及多發性硬化疾病禁止入池游泳。
Malignant tumors and multiple sclerosis are prohibited from swimming in the pool.
4. 身體不適或發燒超過攝氏37度者禁止入池游泳。
Those who are not feeling well or have a fever over 37 degrees Celsius are not allowed to swim in the pool.
5. 領有身心障礙手冊者，建議由一名必要之陪伴者全程陪伴進入游泳池，陪伴者應具備實際照護或看顧身心障礙族群之能力。
For those who have a handbook for the physically and mentally challenged, it is recommended that they be accompanied by a companion who has the ability to actually care for or watch over the physically and mentally challenged group.
6. 嚴禁吸菸、喝酒、嚼檳榔、口香糖、攜帶寵物、雨具及攜帶任何食品進入場內。
Smoking, drinking, and chewing beetle nut or gum are prohibited. Food, drinks, pets, and umbrellas are not allowed in the venue.
7. 禁止攜帶充氣游泳玩具、寵物 (法令另有規定者除外) 及雨具進入埸內，本場地不外借任何輔具。現場另開放輔具泳道(時段及可使用輔具樣式依現場公告為準)。
Inflatable swimming toys, pets (except as otherwise provided by law), and rain gear are not allowed to be brought into the venue, and no auxiliary equipment will be loaned out. There is a dedicated swimming lane open to the use of auxiliary equipment on site(Opening hours and available pool equipment are subject to on-site announcements.).
8. 公共場所私人物品請自行保管；物品遺失自行負責。
Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
9. B1F更衣沐浴區設有付費型的置物櫃，以保障個人物品安全。
There are paid lockers in the 4F changing and showering area to ensure the safety of personal belongings.
10. 為不影響水質及衛生，泳客需著泳衣、泳褲、泳帽、泳鏡入池。(禁止穿著海灘褲以防毛髮掉落及曝光不雅)。
In order not to affect the water quality and hygiene, swimmers should wear swimsuits, swim trunks, swim caps, and goggles to enter the pool. (Beach trunks are not allowed to be worn to prevent hair fall and indecent exposure).
11. 入池前請徹底淋浴及卸妝，不可在皮膚表面塗抹營養霜或其他油品。
Please shower thoroughly and remove make-up before entering the pool, do not apply nutritional cream or other oils on the skin surface.
12. 「SPA水療池」、「兒童池」、「三溫暖」條文訂定，詳如該埸地使用須知。
The provisions of “SPA Pool”, “Children’s Pool”, and “Sauna” are stipulated as detailed in the instructions for the use of the venue.
13. 請勿戴眼鏡、項鍊、耳環、戒指、玻璃容器、陶瓷器皿及其他易碎物品等下水。
Do not wear glasses, necklaces, earrings, rings, glass containers, ceramic utensils, and other fragile objects to the water.
14. 飲食後至少休息一小時方可入池。
At least one hour of rest after eating and drinking before entering the pool.
15. 依指定泳道進行，長泳道請遵守右去左回進行方向，並禁止中途停留。
Please follow the designated swimming lanes, and long swimming lanes, please follow the direction from right to left back, and no stopping in the middle.
16. 私人物品、背袋、拖鞋等，禁止攜入放置於游泳池邊。
Personal belongings, backpacks, slippers, etc., are not allowed to be brought in and placed at the side of the pool.
17. 禁止於池內及池邊戲水、奔跑嬉戲、潛水、蹲坐或站立於池邊等妨害他人安全之行為。
It is prohibited to play in the pool and poolside, run and play, dive, squat, or stand on the edge of the pool, and other behaviors that are harmful to the safety of others.
18. 使用本場地器材設備時應遵守安全規定，工作人員得隨時制止使用者具有安全顧慮之行為，如不聽勸導，本中心得隨時強制使用者離開本場地。
The use of the venue equipment should comply with the safety regulations, staff can stop users with safety concerns at any time. If you do not listen to advice, the Center can force users to leave the venue at any time.
19. 未經本中心核准不得於本場地進行收費教學之行為。
Giving private lessons is not allowed without the approval of management.
20. 本中心游泳池區如遇使用人數眾多時，將採最適人數管制。
In the event of a large number of people using the swimming pool area, the Center will adopt the most appropriate number of people control.
21. 依據兒童及少年福利法規定，12歲以下兒童須由父母、監護人或其他實際照顧兒童之人陪同。
According to the Children and Youth Welfare Act, children under twelve years of age must be accompanied by their parents, guardians, or other persons who actually take care of the children.
22. 如有任何不適，請立即通知工作人員。
If there is any discomfort, please notify the staff immediately.
23. 如有未盡事宜，得另行修訂之。
If there are any unfinished matters, they may be revised.

2. 韻律教室為本中心運動研習專用場地，非本課程學員禁止擅自進入使用。
The dance studio is the exclusive use of the Center exercise and study space.

Giving private lessons is not allowed without the approval of management.
4.進入舞蹈教室請穿著乾性鞋底之運動鞋。
Please wear dry-soled sports shoes when entering the dance studio.
5. 為尊重智慧財產權，嚴禁拍照、攝影及錄音。
To respect intellectual property rights, photography, photography, and recording are strictly prohibited.
6. 教室內器材嚴禁擅自攜出，使用後請歸位。
The equipment in the studio is strictly prohibited to be taken out without permission and should be returned after use.
7. 請遵守運動禮儀，避免不必要之肢體接觸。

設施說明
1.1. 為維護使用者之權益，請愛惜使用本中心設備並遵守各項使用須知。 It is everyone’s responsibility to follow all the rules at all times while using the center’s facilities in respect of the rights of all users.
2.公益時段為社會回饋服務，請使用者珍惜場所並遵守入場規定。 Please follow the rules during Public Charity session as it is for social services purposes.
3. 現場無專職教練指導時嚴禁攀登。 Climbing is not allowed without instructor on site.
4. 攀登三公尺以下路線者，請於攀登完畢時緩慢爬下，切勿直接由上方跳下。 Please slowly crawl down rather than jumping off from the top after climbing less than 3 meters.
5. 攀登三公尺以上路線者，須接受過基礎攀岩訓練課程或由教練在場指導。 攀爬時需使用合格之攀岩裝備 （安全吊帶、保險鉤環、制動器等），並以主繩連接做正確的安全確保，方可攀登。 Fundamental training courses or having an on-site instructors are required for climbing more than 3 meters.Proper rock climbing gear and secure connection to the main rope are required.
6. 從事先鋒攀登者，須經現場專職教練確認技能方可攀登，並請使用者自備主繩及快扣組。 Leading person needs to be qualified by the instructor to proceed and will need to prepare own main rope and Quick Draw.
7. 每條上攀路線僅容許一人攀登，其他人不可在下方活動，避免人員墜落或碰撞產生安全疑慮。 Only one climber is allowed for each climbing route; others are not allowed to perform activities underneath the climber to prevent risk of fall and collision.
8. 攀岩過程除自身安全外，請隨時注意其他攀岩者的動作及攀爬方向，以確保安全。 Please be aware of activities and directions of other climbers during the climb for the safety of oneself and others.
9. 使用者請量力而為，勿超過個人能力或涉及危險動作，以保障自身安全。 Please be responsible of your own safety and do not over extend your limit or engage in dangerous activities.
10. 個人物品請放置於開放式或投幣式置物櫃內，以便管理。置物櫃限當天使用(隔夜清空)，如有遺失請自行負責。 Please place all personal belongings in the open or coin lockers limited to the day.The center is not responsible for any lost items.
11. 本場地所舉辦的各項活動請依規定報名參加，禁止私下他用。 Please register for any planned activities in the facility and do not use the facility at your own will.
12. 不得擅自更動岩塊方向及位置，如發現岩塊鬆動或損壞請盡速通知現場管理人員。 Please do not change directions and positions of rock masses at your own will. If you discover loose or damaged rock masses, please notify the staff on site immediately.
13. 不得擅自改變館方標記之攀登路線或自行貼黏路線標記；如需更動路線應先徵得管理人員同意，並由館方進行更改作業。 Changes to climbing route signs are not allowed. If changes are needed, permission will need to be obtained from the management staff and execution of these changes are to be performed by the staff.
14. 蓄意破壞、盜取本岩場設備者依法送辦，並照價賠償。 For those who purposely damage or steal climbing equipment from the center will be sent to law reinforcement and be responsible for any compensation.
15.為維持環境及安全，如有違反使用須知、不聽從教練指導、因個人因素影響他人權益或導致受傷時，本中心得立即禁止使用。 The center reserves the right to prohibit use of the facility in concern to its environment and safety and is not responsible for reimbursement and compensation for any injuries or violation to others caused by personal factor or not cooperating with the rules and coach instructions.
16.本中心保有依現場實際情況增列或修改本使用須知之權利。 The Center has the right to alter the rules according to actual site situation.

B1汽車停車場：規劃汽車停車場，提供58格汽車位(含身心障礙停車位2格)。

Vehicles must follow all signs, markings, and the instructions of parking attendants when entering, exiting, and parking.
2.車輛使用者因故意或過失破壞、毀損停車場內各項設備者，應負損害賠償責任。
Users are responsible for any damages caused to parking lot facilities due to intentional or negligent actions.
3. 本停車場採車牌辨識系統，免取票直接入場，計時車輛於離場前請先至全自動繳費機『輸入車牌號碼』進行繳交停車費。
This parking lot uses a license plate recognition system—no ticket is required. Hourly parking users must enter their license plate number at the automated payment machine before exiting.
4. 車輛進入停車場，應注意各入口處之指引標誌及動線行駛，並將車輛停齊於車格內，如有任意停放致妨礙其他車輛行進或停放者，本停車場得依停車場法第三十二條規定，將車輛移置適當場所，並得求移置費。
Vehicles must follow entrance guidance signs and traffic flow markings. Vehicles parked improperly, obstructing others, may be relocated at the owner’s expense per Article 32 of the Parking Lot Act.
5. 未依規定置車輛損壞，停車場經營業者不予負責，若因而致停車場設施毀損，車輛使用者應負損害賠償責任。
The parking lot operator is not liable for damage to improperly parked vehicles. If such damage results in facility damage, the vehicle owner will be responsible for compensation.
6. 車輛禁止裝載易燃、易爆及其他危險物品進入停車場，否則應負擔一切因而發生之損害賠償責任。
Vehicles carrying flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials are prohibited. Owners will bear full liability for any resulting damages.
7. 請依照停車場規定停穩車輛，車輛上鎖，各項物品自行保管，本場僅供停車，對停放之車輛不負保管責任。但可歸責於本停車場之事由，致車輛損毀、失竊或車內物品遺失者，不在此限。
Please park properly and lock your vehicle. Keep your belongings secure, as the parking lot only provides parking space and does not assume responsibility for vehicle safekeeping. However, if damage, theft, or loss of items inside the vehicle is due to the parking lot’s fault, liability will be considered.
8. 本停車場每月收費時間：每月租金於每月前月月底前依指定時間內至本館1樓客服中心繳納。未繳納月租金者，於隔月1日12時進行鎖卡，並以臨停費用計收。
Monthly parking fees must be paid at the 1st-floor service desk before the end of each month. Unpaid accounts will have access cards deactivated at 12:00 PM on the 1st of the following month, with charges reverting to hourly rates.
